Lengard have been selected by the London Borough of Bexley to undertake a three phased refurbishment and expansion of Longlands Primary School in Sidcup, Kent.
The project commences with a complex 50 week remodelling of the existing school and a new extension and mezzanine level whilst the school remains fully operational.
The second phase will see an extension to the KS1 classroom block together with alterations and new toilet and play facilities. The third and final phase will integrate the construction of a nature garden and the new build of external teaching areas.
A careful programme of works will be employed over 95 weeks and the project is valued at £3.18m.
