Lengard are delighted to have started works at 2 Exton Street for Christian Alliance Housing Association.
The works started on 30th November 2010 and include demolition to courtyard structures, structural alterations to existing building, refurbishment of building, M&E upgrades, South Wing Extension and Internal Courtyard landscape works.
To add some Christmas cheer Lengard have presented both the church and the adjoining nursery with a Christmas tree with a gratuitous response from both parties.
The project is due for completion in December 2011 and is valued at around £5m.
