Lengard has been appointed as main contractor by the Wellcome Trust to refurbish and make structural alterations to a private residential five storey dwelling at 23 Onslow Gardens, London SW7.
The Grade II listed, early 1900s building will be the subject of a comprehensive overhaul that will provide spacious and modern living accommodation. A new basement will be excavated and constructed and a new retaining wall built within the communal garden area.
The project is valued at £1.68m and the duration of the project is 44 weeks.
