Lengard are delighted to have been selected to London Borough of Islington´s £3million Education Framework, being appointed to refurbish the Grafton Primary School.
The project is due to start on the 13th September 2010 and will involve the full refurbishment of Block A of the school, including installation of a new lift and building a large canopy to the rear courtyard.
This is the first project to have been tendered from the framework with further opportunities in the pipeline. The project is valued at £1m and the duration of the project will be 43 weeks.
