Lengard is progressing well on site at Raynes Park, in Merton, constructing a new Design and Build sports pavilion.
The project is part funded by local sports clubs and grant funded through the National Lottery.
The pavilion will provide new changing, toilet, shower and catering facilities for two local football teams and a cricket club, while three football pitches and two cricket squares are fully prepared to sports federation quality standards.
The project is valued at £1.6m and will be complete in 42 weeks.
