Lengard have commenced works at Charing Cross Polyclinic for the Imperial College NHS Trust. This is a fast track programme of works.
Lengard have been appointed to complete the remodelling of the ex Dietetics and breast office to create new phase 2 Primary Care Polyclinic spaces. Works consist of soft strip demolition and the installation of new electrical and mechanical services, internal metal stud pattress, doors, frames, suspended ceilings, vinyl flooring and associated fixtures and fittings.
The programme of works is 13 weeks and the project is valued at £730,000.
