01/07/2010 - Metropolitan Police Fast Track Fit-Out
Lengard are delighted to have been appointed to undertake a super fast track internal fit out for the Metropolitan Police Authority at an undisclosed location this month.
The works will be delivered to a category B fit out and will involve new mechanical & electrical installation by means of concealed drilled beams within ceiling void, installation of new metal pan suspended ceiling, security pattress and proprietary pattress including door sets, raised access floors carpet, tiling, WC fit out complete TER rooms along with associated fixtures and fittings.
Lengard are delighted to be associated again with the Metropolitan Police; a long standing and valued client.
The duration of the project is 12 weeks and it is valued at £2.3m.
