Lengard are preparing to start on site at Brimsdown Primary School in Enfield for the London Borough of Enfield.
Lengard will be undertaking capital refurbishment & remodelling in two phases. Phase I will include the provision of temporary office accommodation for the duration of the project and associated works, including temporary disabled access, telecom and internet communication, site setup with containers for our Lengard Office, canteen and drying room
Phase II works will include the construction of an extension to the existing school to form a new entrance area, office, reception and disabled WC including alteration works/refurbishment of adjoining area, external works and drainage. The new reception area will include new mechanical and electrical installation with under-floor heating and fit-out with new solid oak reception desk.
Lengard will be liaising closely with the School´s Senior Management team ensuring the safety of the pupils, staff and visitors throughout the duration of the project.
The project will last 20 weeks and is valued at £500,000.
