ISSUE 12 - LOTUS HOUSE

Lengard have completed the construction of a new-build three storey steel framed office development on a Brownfield site. The works consisted of lift installation, Structural steelwork, roof coverings, the installation of partitions, wall linings, doors, flooring, WC cubicles and mechanical and electrical services.

 

Access to the site was restricted and required detailed organisation and management of material deliveries, plant movements and removal of spoil/debris, whilst giving due consideration to the neighbouring businesses. This was further complicated by the need to undertake extensive rerouting of existing underground mains electric services.
