Personal Development
Personnel are encouraged to continue with their professional development, through new experiences and formal training opportunities. Lengard are committed to providing excellent training opportunities to people interested in a career in the construction industry in varying disciplines including site management or surveying. Trainees are offered a structured work-based training plan linked to an appropriate formal course leading to a recognised qualification. Experience will be gained across all departments of the company alongside the main area of training, such as estimating, buying, time on site and Health & Safety, to ensure a solid grounding in the construction management process.
