CONTRACT SURVEYOR
Based at our offices in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.

The Contract Surveyor role encompasses the traditional financial control duties of a quantity surveyor combined with contract management of site based construction projects in the range £500k to £8million. Based in Cheshunt there is regular travel within the Greater London area in support of a diverse clientele including local authorities, education; health trusts; the private sector and police authorities. You must also be a team player, have a broad knowledge of building construction, health and safety and possess good IT skills with Word and Excel.

You should have at least six years post-qualification experience with a main contractor and the initiative and drive to carry out this diverse function.
