SITE MANAGERS

Due to our continued growth we require experienced site managers to join our team of construction professionals.
If you are an experienced site manager with refurbishment / regeneration or new build projects in the above range £500k to £8million, you may be the right person for us.
The successful applicant must have proven experience of supervising subcontractors and management of site health and safety along with a good knowledge of building in relation to these specified areas. You should be an excellent communicator who is totally committed to the needs of the customer. You will need to work without direct supervision as part of a team network. You may be CIOB qualified, from a trades background, with the relevant health and safety certification including first aid, CSCS card and looking for a change of environment.
