Project Description

17-23 and 22-26 Clements Road are 1960s purpose-built office blocks that were in need of modernisation to bring them up to LB Redbridge’s “Ways of Working” standard.

The works include a substantial internal fit-out of 22-26 Clements Road, including full M&E renewal; the external refurbishment of 17-23 Clements Road together with the fit-out of the 5th and 6th floors.

As the buildings will be partly occupied, the works will be completed over four phases to accommodate a rolling decant programme.
