Project Description
Lengard have undertaken the construction of a new-build three storey steel framed office development on a Brownfield site.
Access to the site was restricted and required detailed organisation and management of material deliveries, plant movements and removal of spoil/debris, whilst giving due consideration to the neighbouring businesses. This was further complicated by the need to undertake extensive rerouting of existing underground mains electric services.
