This is a 71,000ft2 industrial unit with two parallel double-pitched roofs 145m long that Lengard were engaged to refurbish in preparation for new tenants.

Not only has the building been given a new lease of life but thanks to Lengard´s ingenuity in splitting the services, the landlord now has the option of easily converting the premises into two units to be rented out individually.
