Lengard have completed internal strip out and refurbishment of an existing office area for the Metropolitan Police Authority. The works also included new wall and floor coverings, suspended ceilings and sanitary accommodation.

The new office accommodation is cellular in arrangement and includes a large meeting room. The partitioning to the Anti Terrorism Counter Crime offices using high grade security (SEAP 2) class walls and doors. New small power, data and lighting has been installed to suit the new layout.

Refurbishment of the common parts included the lift lobby and refurbishment of the common corridor.

A series of internal ramps were also installed to the corridor areas to facilitate wheelchair access.

The existing induction units to the offices were stripped out and a new variable refrigerant volume cooling system installed to serve the offices only. New split cooling systems were added where raised floors were installed.
