| Lengard were appointed as constructor to complete the remodelling of the ex Dietetics and breast office to create new phase 2 Primary Care Polyclinic spaces
The works consisted of soft strip demolition and the installation of new electrical and mechanical services, internal metal stud pattress, doors, frames, suspended ceilings, vinyl flooring and associated fixtures and fittings, patient/staff toilets & changing facilities, fire and intruder alarms and new security installation New robotic pharmacy apparatus was installed along with an area to be used as consulting rooms. with patient/staff toilets & changing facilities, fire and intruder alarms and new security installation |
