Project Description
Camden primary care trust appointed Lengard to undertake the external and internal refurbishment of Gospel Oak Health Centre
Externally:
Installation of new electronically controlled roller shutters to windows and doors, redecoration to all the steel railings and balustrading to walkways and ramps, roof coverings using permanite felt, overhauled all roof drainage outlets, replacement of Rooflights.
Internally:
Complete strip out, new plasterboard stud partitions and suspended ceilings, installation of new stainless steel ironmongery, new sanitary ware, installation of new central heating system, repairing of concrete floors, new hot & cold water supplies, design and installation of ducted extract ventilation system, extensive electrical alterations, new automatic door system, fire alarm and detection system, installation of new panic alarm system, new furniture to clinical rooms i.e. cupboards, drawers, cabinets, worktops, shelving etc, re-installation of CCTV system and x-ray machines etc.
