Project Description
The Crown Estate appointed Lengard to undertake external refurbishment works to one of its classical buildings on the Regent’s Park Estate, considered by many to be the “jewel in the crown”.
Lengard embraced the opportunity to help preserve and improve various apartments that form part of this Grade I listed building.
Despite short notice of just seven days and a very tight programme, the 14-week project was successfully completed on time and under budget, much to the delight of everyone concerned.
Lengard have since been selected to undertake further works for The Crown Estate.
