Project Description

Lengard are undertaking security upgrade works to Lockwood Square, which consists of 4№ interconnected blocks of flats.

The security system is designed to limit access to residents only; furthermore, residents will only have access to their corridor. Each flat will receive a new front door and phone entry system.

Similarly, the blocks’ garages will have new robust garage doors and locks together with access gates.

Construction Detail:

  • Installation of a secure entry system
  • Renewal of main residential entrance doors
  • Alterations and improvements to the communal entrances associated with the above
  • Refurbishment and security works to the garages
  • Landscape works associated with the above
  • Staircase decorations
