Since 1964, Lengard have offered a professional external refurbishment service in Greater London, repairing and decorating red brick mansion blocks. Our Client base has since expanded widely throughout both private and public sector Clients, where our experience in delivering social housing improvements and education refurbishment has been recently recognised with a second framework agreement in as many months.
Lengard has increased focus within the commercial sector; this is reflected by our success in ´design and build´ refurbishment, converting one in three outline enquiries to a negotiated tender. Our specialist builders, in-house mechanical & engineering and specialist sub contractors are expertly project managed to deliver and exceed our client´s expectations.
Relationship is critical to the success of any refurbishment. Through measurement of the key areas of delivery, Lengard enjoy repeat client instructions now in excess of 80 per cent.
Our history and solid growth has provided a firm base that will allow the company to grow, free from financial constraints. Our recently refurbished grade II listed Head Office in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, is testament to the company´s development and provides a fine example of an open and comfortable working environment.
