prestigious Park West Place development since 1999, undertaking roof renewals, window
repair and external redecoration, more recently, a new mechanical mains supply was
installed, servicing all 560 apartments; an example, in part, of the scope of works
undertaken by Lengard.
The longevity of the contract to Lengard is testament to the excellent working
relationship nurtured and developed with the residents, the Project Managers (Cardoe
Martin), and Freshwater in-house project team. The logistics were difficult, whilst
